The 1993 film Jurassic Park had critics ranting and raving as well as children crying or in awe of the giant dinosaurs that were brought back to life. Fifteen years later, who would have thought that the idea of Jurassic Park would be on tour and that one could see the life-sized creatures in person. Based on the television series, Walking with Dinosaurs, robotic engineers have made the touring experience accessible, interactive, and affordable (minus the whole dinosaurs going on blood thirsty rampage part). Watch as the story of life, evolution, and destruction is played out before your very eyes. Do not miss your chance to see these realistic and life-sized dinosaurs with Walking with Dinosaurs: The Live Experience.

The UNC Asheville Bulldogs basketball team had a secret weapon last year that helped them post a school record 23 wins last year. Expectations were just as high for this year until just a few weeks ago when star center Kenny George was told he need surgery on his right foot. UNC Asheville will miss all 7 feet 7 inches and 370 pounds of the NCAA field goal percentage leader from last year. George will likely miss the entire NCAA basketball season this year, as well as the fall semester of school. During training camp this August in Las Vegas, the tallest player in the NCAA said he felt discomfort in his right foot. When he went through an examination at a Chicago hospital, it was discovered that he had an infection that required immediate surgery. Now the Bulldogs will have to try and cope without the hulking presence and leadership of Kenny George. The NCAA basketball playing field will seem a lot smaller to spectators now that George is missing. If you want to catch great UNC Asheville action or other NCAA basketball live, check out our NCAA basketball tickets.

Only one more month until Jason Mraz makes his way back over to North America for his fall tour. So far his current tour in Europe has been so good as he has been adding shows to counter the numerous sold-out shows. Yes, Europe is certainly going to eat him alive. But it’s alright America because October 8, 2008 takes Mraz to Scranton, PA (yes, where The Office takes place). And just as we stole that beloved television show from Europe along with The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, we too shall reclaim Jason Mraz on his first stop in the U.S leg of the tour just as we reclaimed French fries. So it’s time to do the American thing and spend your hard earned money on Jason Mraz tickets today. And don’t worry, he will be swinging over to Canada but as we all know they're harmless over there, always have been, always will be…

The Oklahoma Sooners have simply dominated in their first three outings this year in NCAA football. In their first match they posted 57 points, 52 in the second, and now 55 in the latest matchup against the Washington Huskies. The 55-14 victory helped to move the Sooners up to number 2 in the power polls and cemented the Sooners offense as one of the most potent threats in NCAA this year. Both running backs gained over 100 yards in the match, averaging 6 yards per rush, and their star quarterback Sam Bradford threw 18 of 21 for five touchdowns. It was an offense that baffled and gassed the Huskies defense with an extremely quick no-huddle approach. Now, the Sooners move forward with TCU in their crosshairs. The Oklahoma Sooners offense has so far averaged about 55 points per game and is making a strong case for their BCS National Championship bid. Be a part of the Sooners amazing offensive output and find NCAA football tickets today!

No name is more apropos to describe the Australian-based hard rock group than "AC/DC." It's short, catchy, and easy to remember...much like their music. And when you expand the acronym into its full meaning, Alternating Current / Direct Current, the connection to the band's "electric" music becomes all the more apparent. AC/DC has mastered the style of hard-hitting, extremely energizing rock music, often making them choice warm up music for sporting events. Between concussive power chords, solid guitars riffs, and screeching vocals, AC/DC has carved their nitch in rock history. However, they are not history just yet. AC/DC is back (in black) and touring once more. The fathers of heavy metal are gearing up for an 18 month international tour beginning in the USA this October, and are planning to show that they've not yet lost a beat. Check out our AC/DC tour dates and find tickets to a show near you!

On his website (kb24.com), Kobe Bryant announced this past Tuesday that he has opted out of surgery because the physical recovery would take too long. Instead, Bryant plans to play through his pain. "When the doctors told me recovery from a procedure could be 12 weeks, I just decided now was not the time to have surgery," a stoic Bryant stated. Back on February 5th, in a game against the New Jersey Nets, Kobe Bryant tore ligaments in his right little finger. Despite the pain, Bryant led his team to the NBA finals where his team ultimately lost in six games against the Celtics. Off-season surgery would have been an option for Kobe but his duties to the Redeem Team in the Beijing Olympics took precedence. Now, with little time before the NBA season begins once more, Kobe feels it is something he can definitely work through. The Lakers will open up team camp on September 27 and their first game is October 28 against the Portland Trail Blazers at home. Check out our NBA tickets page to see when your team's first game will take place.
