With Houston Rodeo tickets on sale, the month of March has a lot more going on than just college basketball. The rodeo, livestock exposition, and concert festival has been taking place for 79 years in Houston, Texas. Elvis Presley, Lynard Skynard, and Garth Brooks have all headlined the historic festival in the past. The 20-day festival of bull riding, Bar-B-Que, live music, and cattle is put on in Reliant Park annually, averaging almost two million visitors a year. Some of the biggest artists in country music and beyond will be playing the Houston Rodeo this year including the Jonas Brothers, Kenny Chesney, Justin Bieber, Rascal Flatts, Brad Paisley, Mary J. Blige, Tim McGraw, the Black Eyed Peas, and many more world famous acts. Attending the Houston Rodeo is a great way to celebrate the Texan way of life and see some of the biggest names in music. Make sure you’re in Houston this March as the event seems to get bigger and better every year.
