Last year was a landmark year for the Tennessee Titans. They led the way for the entire season, without a loss for much of the season and finished at 13-3. It was the best year that the team has had since it moved to Tennessee. Their offense will be led in large part by Chris Johnson, who was one of the best rushers in the league, in his first year getting over 1200 yards during the season. He will be the focal point of their offensive scheme this year. The team’s passing game has improved greatly since last season with the addition of several wide receivers with proven abilities from other teams. Nate Washington brings enough speed to stretch out the field for the team, creating challenges for the other team’s defenses. Similarly, Kerry Collins, their quarterback, will be leading the team for the second straight year, having gotten used to the roll during the course of the season last year. Their defense will be coming back mostly intact, so they will be able to push other teams’ offenses to make mistakes. In other words, the team looks to improve on a lot of their best qualities and they’ve patched up several of their biggest holes. They may not improve much on 13-3, but you can expect them to be playoff contenders yet again! Titans football tickets are already on sale and you will want to be first in line to get tickets to watch the team play against the best in the league.
