This is a musical that is based on all those great songs from the 80s. In fact, it even includes some songs from Styx, Bon Jovi, Asia and several other classic bands from that era. The story follows the difficult love story of Drew and Sherrie. Without revealing too much of the story, Drew and Sherrie fall for each other, but then Drew inadvertently insults her. She falls for another rocker and he must regain her trust and love. This show first premiered in 2006 and has been playing off-Broadway since October 2008. It will start on Broadway in the middle of March at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. If you like the music of the 80s or the styles of that time, then you really don’t want to miss this show.
