After months of announcing headlining slots at festivals around the globe, OutKast finally revealed in June that it will play a string of hometown shows in its native Atlanta in Sept. 2014. Dubbed OutKast: ATLast, the homecoming festival was originally planned for a single day, but quickly expanded to a full weekend at Atlanta’s Centennial Olympic Park, where it will take place over three nights from Sept. 26-28. Secure general admission or VIP OutKast tickets from Vivid Seats for any of the three days to avoid missing out on what is sure to be the city’s biggest music event of the year.

Earlier this year, the hip-hop duo confirmed that it will headline 40 festivals over the course of 2014 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of its debut album, the influential, Platinum-certified Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik. Already, André 3000 and Big Boi have taken the reunion celebration to festivals like Coachella, Governors Ball, and Summerfest, where a solid set list featuring mainstream staples (“B.o.B.,” “Ms. Jackson,” and “Hey Ya”) alongside deeper cuts (“She Lives in My Lap” and “Skew It on the Bar-B”) has electrified crowds in the tens of thousands, turning festivals into massive sing-along dance parties.

The long-awaited--and highly anticipated--Atlanta concerts are sure to feature many of these huge songs from the self-dubbed ATLiens, who have already announced that the three OutKast: ATLast concerts will feature an extended set from the visionary duo. Both André and Big Boi have stated that they look forward to the shows as a thank you to hometown fans for 20 years of support, and it seems like the duo is ready to pull out the big guns for the fall performances in its hometown.

As of July 10, only the supporting acts for the first two concerts have been confirmed, but the caliber of the performers is already impressive. In addition to up-and-coming Georgia-based rapper Raury, the concerts on Sept. 26-27 are set to feature a set from Donald Glover, a.k.a. Childish Gambino. Glover was also raised in Georgia, and dropped his sophomore album, Because the Internet, last December. Also on the bill will be Cleveland native Kid Cudi, best known for his multi-Platinum singles “Day ‘n’ Nite” and “Pursuit of Happiness.”
