    Qualification
The field will consist of the top 35 riders from the PBR World Standings at the conclusion of the series’ 26-event slate, which kicked off at New York’s Madison Square Garden back in January.

    Riders to Watch
Any riders with dreams of capturing the event’s $1 million bonus prize will have to outlast Silvano Alves, the two-time defending champion who has spent the vast majority of the 2013 season atop the rankings.

The challengers that appear to have the best chances to potentially unseat Alves—the only back-to-back World Champion in the history of the event—include J.B. Mauney  and  Joao Ricardo Vieira, who join Alves as the only riders to have recorded three event wins through September. Others that could threaten the reigning champion include Guilherme Marchi and Mike Lee, both former champions whom have notched wins on the tour in 2013.

Check out the video below to see Alves in action at the 2011 PBR World Finals, where the Brazilian bull rider won his first PBR World Championship.
