    Queen and Adam Lambert
Adam Lambert first performed with Queen in 2009, when the duo of Brian May and Roger Taylor appeared on “American Idol” to play “We Are the Champions” with vocals by Lambert, but the trio has since performed together on multiple occasions. This year, however, will mark the first time Lambert and Queen will embark on a full-scale tour together with more than 15 concerts scheduled from June 19-July 20.

    Lana Del Rey
As she prepares to release her third studio album, reportedly titled “Ultraviolence,” later this year, Lana del Rey revealed a slew of tour dates for spring 2014. The upcoming venture will launch on April 11 from Las Vegas and extend through May 27, closing with a performance at the WaMu Theater in Seattle. Included on the 2014 tour dates are two sets at Coachella (April 13 and 20), as well as a show at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colo., on May 19.

    Beck
Beck released his long-awaited follow up to 2008’s “Modern Guilt” in Feb. 2014 to rave reviews, and now the acclaimed singer-songwriter has plans to promote the new music with a 2014 tour. The initial announcement only included 10 dates in April, June, and July, but Beck has also been booked for numerous festivals around the country this summer, including Coachella (April 13 and 20), Dallas’ Edgefest (April 26), and Pitchfork Music Festival (July 18-20).

    Skrillex
Skrillex announced on March 10 that his massive Mothership Tour will be taking off in May, following the March 17 release of his first official studio album, “Recess.” The hardcore musician-turned-EDM artist will be performing in at least 15 cities across North America for the 2014 tour dates, which will begin May 23 in Oklahoma City and extend through the end of July. Guests on upcoming dates will include Dillon Francis, DJ Snake, What So Not, and Milo and Otis.

    Ray LaMontagne
It’s been nearly four years since Ray LaMontagne released a new album, but he finally confirmed that a new record, titled “Supernova,” will be released in May 2014. To accompany the highly anticipated release, the folk singer will also be embarking on a lengthy North American tour, covering over 40 cities from May-August. LaMontagne also will appear at the Louisville, Ky., Forecastle Festival (July 18-20) and FloydFest in Floyd, Va. (July 23-27).

    Romeo Santos
Latin vocalist Romeo Santos has made a big splash with the Feb. 2014 release of his sophomore solo album, “Formula, Vol. 2,” and the singer is planning to support the new record with a set of tour dates from May-June. The bachata pioneer also will be performing a hometown concert in The Bronx on July 12, when he headlines his first performance at Yankee Stadium.

Carnivores Tour with 30 Seconds to Mars, Linkin Park, and AFI
On March 4, three rock giants—30 Seconds to Mars, Linkin Park, and AFI—confirmed dates for the summer Carnivores Tour, which will visit more than 20 cities from early August through mid-September. In 2013, 30 Seconds to Mars and AFI each released albums that peaked within the top 10 of the Billboard 200, while Linkin Park is reportedly working on its sixth studio album, which is due out later in 2014.
