Sharks Skate With Ease

The San Jose Sharks are simply cruising through the competition so far in the new season of NHL hockey. Led by high powered offensive lines, the Sharks have tallied the league leading 50 goals scored, while their miserly defense has held the opposition to only 34 goals. But these stats only point towards the only stat that really matters in the season: the team record. Right now the Sharks stand at a simply astonishing 12-2. They are perfect at home with an 8-0 record, but their 4-2 record on the road is nothing to slouch at either. Yet unfortunately for the Sharks, their brick wall in between the posts went down during last night’s shootout. While the extent of the injury to Nabokov is not yet clearly defined, backup goalie Brian Boucher will be called up to fill his shoes. The Sharks’ next game will be against the 4-6 Dallas Stars so he won’t need to be incredible, just present. You can be present for any game during the season too if you act on the cheap hockey tickets that we offer to nearly every match.
