The Career of Lewis BlackLewis Black has been doing comedy for a while. In 2005 he released his autobiography, Nothing’s Sacred and since then you can also find Black appearing in segments on The Weather Channel. He has appeared on Law and Order: SVU and played the voice of a high-strung elf in the animated 2005 movie, The Happy Elf. He has also done voices for the Cartoon Network series Duck Dodgers as well as Adult Swim’s animated Harvey Birdman. He released a DVD of his HBO special, Red, White, and Screwed in 2006. He has appeared in other movies such as Accepted, Man of the Year and Unaccompanied Minors. In 2007 he received a Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album for The Carnegie Hall Performance. In 2008, he started hosting his own television show, The Root Of All Evil, where two people or pop-culture topics are pinned against each other as comedians debate which is more evil. He is currently on tour promoting his book, Me of Little Faith. |
