Comcast Theatre Hartford Seating Information
The Comcast Theatre is an outdoor covered pavilion, with the exception of the lawn seating in the rear of the venue. Sections 100-300 make up the front of the venue, starting with row A in the front to row Z in the back. When there is a general admission pit, the venue removes the rows closest to the stage. Boxes are scattered across sections 100-300 and extend into the center section 600 as well. The next two levels of seating are labeled sections 400-800, and bringing up the back of the venue is the lawn, which is general admission and is not covered by the theatre's roof.

Guests are allowed to bring outside food into the venue, although it must be in a clear plastic bag that is no bigger than a gallon. One factory-sealed water bottle will also be permitted per guest. No alcohol, drugs, weapons, coolers, class, backpacks or other dangerous items will be allowed into the venue, and all guests are subject to a search upon entering. Personal cameras are allowed, but flash photography, cameras with removable lenses and video recording are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the venue, and all concerts at the Comcast Theatre will be held rain or shine. All children over two years old require a ticket.

The Comcast Theatre has a small parking lot and is first-come first-serve, so guests are not guaranteed a spot. If you do manage to secure a spot at the venue, parking is usually free, but the cost varies depending on the show. Offsite parking is available through other companies for a fee, but guests must be willing to walk. VIP parking is also available for an additional fee, either beforehand or the day of the show. The entrance is at the end of Savitt Way, and a hanging VIP tag will be necessary for admittance.
