American rock legend Billy Joel returns to New York's Madison Square Garden on Aug. 7 to perform popular hits from one of the most prolific and successful careers in music history. The stage for this Aug. 7 concert at Madison Square Garden will be set up in front of Sections 111-113. Floor-level Sections A-C have the closest seats, and Sections D-F stand in the middle. Sections 01-03 are the furthest floor seats from the stage. All seats in Levels 100-400 are also available for this concert. Suites are located on the sides of MSG and at the back of the venue for a more private concert experience.

Small bags that fit under your seat are allowed, but they are subject to a search. Do not bring any outside food, drink, banners, or signs to the Billy Joel concert. Binoculars are permitted. All spectators over age two need a ticket to enter. No audio or video recording devices are allowed at MSG. You may not bring your own beverages into MSG or take any from the venue when you leave.

You must use public parking for the concert at MSG because the venue does not own its own parking areas. Public transport is another option. Access MSG via Penn Station, using lines A, C, E, 1, 2 or 3, or the 34th Street-Herald Square subway station. Use lines B, D, F, M, N, Q or R if you choose this second station.

The Billy Joel concert on Aug. 7 starts at 8 p.m. EST. The venue plans to open its doors one hour before the show. Fans with club level tickets are usually permitted to enter MSG two hours before the event.

Visit the guest services department near Section 117 to rent an assisted listening device by leaving your ID or credit card as collateral. You can also speak with MSG personnel to find out how to borrow wheelchairs for transportation to and from seats and how to use the elevators. Escalators are also available.
