Make sure you're in the audience at Seattle's Paramount Theatre on Oct. 17 to watch as Bob Dylan kicks off his 2014 tour. This Friday evening concert will be the first of three nights that Dylan is scheduled to headline the landmark venue, and fans at this show will have the first chance to hear this folk music icon perform songs from his deep, complex discography in person. Whether you're a fan of early tracks like "Blowin' in the Wind" or more recent albums like "Tempest," this Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee will carry the Seattle audience through his incredible half-century career during this intimate live performance.

Paramount Theatre Seattle Seating Information
The closest seating option for the Bob Dylan Seattle show is the Pit Level, which stands front and center on the main floor in front of the stage. Four sections make up the Orchestra Level on the same main floor of the Paramount Theatre, with Orchestra 1 beginning on stage left. Elevated above that are a series of 10 boxes located on either side of the theater. There will also be a Loge Level located above that. Finally, fans attending this concert can select seats in one of the three Mezzanine Levels that extend upwards at the rear of the venue.

Paramount Theatre Seattle General Information
For this Bob Dylan performance, you will not be able to bring in any food or drinks purchased outside the Paramount, cameras, recording devices, large bags, backpacks, signs, and banners. All concert attendees will need a ticket to attend the concert, but the theater usually discourages parents from bringing small children to its shows. The Paramount Theatre is a non-smoking venue, and attendees are generally not permitted to leave and re-enter the venue once a performance begins.

There is also metered street parking in the area, but be sure to check time limitations for these spaces before you park. Bob Dylan fans are also encouraged to make use of the designated drop-off zone at the intersection of Pine Street and 9th Avenue for guests with limited mobility. Seattle's public transit bus system also has several lines that run near the theater.
