Seger Announces 2013 Rock And Roll Never Forgets Tour
As a musician, once you’ve been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, you’re pretty much guaranteed not to be forgotten. That's certainly the case for the great Bob Seger, and to the delight of his die-hard fans he’s ready to hit the pavement once again to remind us all, at least one more time, that the music has a memory of its own. Michigan’s finest heartland rock superstar just announced his intentions to set out with his Silver Bullet Band on the 2013 "Rock And Roll Never Forgets Tour," which is slated to begin filling up venues on February, 27th in Toledo, Ohio. The journey will take Seger and crew across the United States and up through Canada, stopping at locations like Grand Rapids, MI; Vancouver, BC; Seattle, WA; and Denver, CO.
The legend was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame last year and fans will certainly be able happy to sing along with hits like "Old Time Rock & Roll" in this latest trek. The shows are set to kick off in the midst of Seger completing what will be his 17th studio album, which will be his first to come along since “Face the Promise” dropped in 2006.
