Cher will make a grand return to the touring circuit in 2014 with her elaborate Dressed to Kill Tour, which is scheduled to make a stop in Los Angeles on July 7. The Staples Center is sure to come alive with selections from the iconic singer's 2013 album, titled "Closer to the Truth," as well as numerous hits from her lengthy solo career stretching back to the early 1960s.
Staples Center Seating Information
The stage for the Cher concert will be located with its back to Sections 114-117. The stage will be centered directly in front of six floor seating sections. Reserved stadium-style seating can be found in the Lower, Middle, and Upper Levels. There will also be a number of suites between the Middle and Upper Levels. Note that seating in a few sections, such as 113 and 118, will have a side-view or slightly obstructed view due to the position of the stage.
Staples Center General Information
All guests may be subject to a metal detector search upon entrance at the Cher concert. Outside food, drink, and bags larger than 14" x 14" are prohibited from entry. Non-professional flash photography is permitted at the event, but recording devices are not allowed. A no-recording environment will be enforced at the Staples Center on July 7. The arena also has a strict no re-entry policy.
Staples Center Parking Information
The Staples Center has more than 3,000 on-site parking spaces available. Public parking lots are also available in the surrounding area with over 16,000 parking spaces in the vicinity. Remember, prices vary from lot to lot. If you prefer to use public transportation, bus routes 30, 81, 439, 442, 460 and the Silver Line stop near the arena. The Staples Center is also accessible via the Metro Rail. Pico Station and 7th Street/Metro Center Station are two of the closest stations to the venue.
Staples Center Gate Times
Doors are scheduled to open approximately an hour and half before show time. You can check with the Staples Center guest services department on July 7, as the time is subject to change.
