There are several different layouts for various individual shows, but generally, the stage is located at one end of the floor in front of sections 121-124. Depending on the floor layout, there will be either a general admission pit, or sections that start with F1-F3 closest to the stage. Other floor sections include F4-F6 in the second section of seating, followed by F7 and F9, and F10 and F14 closest to the back. The next level of seating starts with Section 101 and runs around the stadium to Section 118. Depending on the event, sections 119-121 and 124-126 might be available, but they are on the side and might possibly have obstructed views of the stage. The 200-level is the last available seating in the venue, and starts with 206 and runs through Section 218.

Any cameras with a professional lens, flash photography, and video and audio recording will not be permitted. In addition, large bags, backpacks, coolers, large umbrellas, noise-making devices, lasers, weapons, and studded jewelry are prohibited. Outside food and beverages, including any glass, bottles or cans also will not be allowed, and every guest is subject to search prior to entering the venue.

There are 4,000 available parking spots in city-owned and managed private lots throughout the Wichita area in very close proximity to Intrust Bank Arena. Parking can be found in both the orange and green lots. If you would prefer to take public transit, the venue is directly accessible from the Q-Line for those attending the concert by Eric Church.
