Eric Church is taking the U.S. by storm with his 2014 The Outsiders World Tour, and fans in New York City will finally have the opportunity to see this bad boy of country headline Madison Square Garden when he arrives in the Big Apple on Oct. 17. The ongoing venture takes its name from Church's 2014 album, which became his second Billboard 200 chart-topping album after his 2011 ACM and CMA Award-winning record, "Chief." Brandy Clark and Dwight Yoakam are both expected to perform ahead of Church at this Friday night concert as his opening acts.
Madison Square Garden Seating Information
The stage for Eric Church and his opening acts will be set up on the Madison Square Garden floor near Sections 111-113. There will be two distinct areas of admission on the Floor Level in front of the stage, beginning with the general admission Pit that stands immediately in front of the stage. Proximity to the stage in this section will be dependent on how early you arrive at the venue. Behind the GA Pit is more Floor Level seating in Sections A-C and Sections 01-03. If you want a more elevated view of Eric Church's set, you can sit in the 100 or 200 Levels that surround the arena, or you can choose to sit on the Chase Sky Bridges (Sections 310-316 and 324-328) or in the Balcony Level (Sections 301-309). There are also several levels of suites that will offer a more exclusive viewing experience.
Madison Square Garden General Information
Any bag you bring into the Eric Church Madison Square Garden must be able to fit underneath your seat to be allowed inside the venue doors. Strollers are likewise permitted inside the arena, so long as they are collapsible and can fit under a stadium-style seat. Be aware that many items, including outside food and drink, professional cameras, recording devices, signs, and banners, are never allowed inside this arena. Re-entry and smoking are both prohibited.
Madison Square Garden Parking Information
No parking lots or garages are run directly by Madison Square Garden. There will be plenty of privately owned parking structures within walking distance of the arena, but fees may vary greatly between every individual lot. You can also avoid parking by using one of New York's many public transit services to get to the venue, including commuter rail, subway, and bus.
Madison Square Garden Gate Times
Although fans with suites and Club Level seating can generally enter MSG about two hours before an event begins, most attendees will only be allowed in the venue an hour prior. That means Eric Church fans should be able to enter Madison Square Garden by 6 p.m. EST at the latest, although gate times are subject to change.
