News of the Fleetwood Mac Live 2013 Tour first broke way back in December, and at last, the launch date is in sight. In the months to come, over 30 North American cities will host Fleetwood Mac tour dates, beginning on April 4 at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. As the band’s first live venture since 2009, Fleetwood Mac tickets have been a hot seller, and 2013 also marks the 35th anniversary of the iconic 1977 album, Rumours, which of course features the timeless hits, “Go Your Own Way” and “Dreams.” Fleetwood Mac is expected to re-issue the album sometime this year with previously unreleased songs and live tracks.

Several major venues will host performances including Madison Square Garden (4/8), United Center (4/13), HP Pavilion (5/22), Hollywood Bowl (5/25), and Staples Center (7/3), just to name a few. The final show stateside will take place on July 6 at Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento, Calif., before the group heads overseas for an international stint in September and October.

It will be a big year for the group in more ways than one, as the venture will mark the first time since 2009 that fans will have the opportunity to check out a live performance by the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers, and it’s also the 35th anniversary of their classic 1977 album, Rumours. Keyed by the ever-popular, “Go Your Own Way” and “Dreams,” Rumours still ranks in the top 10 all-time for best-selling albums in the country, and will be re-issued in early 2013 with previously unreleased tracks, including some live audio.
2013 Fleetwood Mac tour dates include stops in 34 cities spanning from April to June. Beginning at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, on April 4, the tour will hit indoor venues in most major cities across North America including Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Toronto, Boston, Pittsburgh, Denver, Phoenix, Houston, and many, many more. The final scheduled date is June 12 at Joe Louis Arena in Detroit. Not since 2009’s Unleashed tour has Fleetwood Mac delighted fans with a nationwide circuit of shows. That drought may come to an end by 2013, however, as vocalist Stevie Nicks revealed the group’s intentions to reunite next year, a decision she believes everyone is on board with. The desire to reunite was first brought to light by guitarist Lindsey Buckingham in 2011, who projected a 2012 reunion with the possibility of recording a new album and venturing out on tour.
