Garbage Adds U.S. Leg to 2013 Not Your Kind of People World Tour
When the iconic alternative rock band Garbage released their fifth studio album, “Not Your Kind of People,” back in May of 2012, the excitement over the new material was uncontainable, and the album shot to No. 13 on the Billboard 200. From there, Shirley Manson, Duke Erikson, Steve Marker, and Butch Vig set off on the “Not Your Kind of People World Tour,” which was their first global tour since 2007. Now they’ve added a short North American leg to the dates, so there’s no excuse to miss these mutli-platinum superstars live. Tickets for the new leg of the tour go on sale Friday, February 1st.
So far, Garbage has just four shows slated for the latest American leg. It will all begin on March 22nd at New York City’s famed Terminal 5, and then they’ll light up the stages at Electric Factory in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, on March 22nd; The Fillmore in Silver Springs, Maryland, on March 24th; and finish out at the House of Blues in Boston, Massachusetts, on March 26th.
