Upcoming concert events will be heating up the MTS Centre this year including Gordon Lightfoot on Saturday, November 08, 2014. Located in downtown Winnipeg, the venue primarily serves as the home of the NHL's Jets, and offers a wealth of amenities, seating options, and more for the various forms of live entertainment passing through Manitoba.
MTS Centre Seating Information
The MTS Centre is an ovular venue with the stage generally set up on the far side of the venue for concerts. The precise seating chart for Gordon Lightfoot can be found on this page, so you'll have an idea of the layout for your show.
The closest seating to the stage will be the floor seating, which is simply organized by rows and no sections. Depending on the show and artists' preferences, there might be a general admission pit, or adjusted seating in the floor seats depending on the stage layout. The 100-level seating will likely be the next best available seating, and surrounds the floor from sections 101-109 and 116-127. Sections 202-209 and 215-228 complete the second level seating, while the 300-level makes up the highest level of seating in the venue, and ranges from 301-309 and 317-330. Sections 109, 115, 116, 208, 209, 215, 216, 308, 309, 317 and 318 may not be available for all shows, and when they are, they may have an obstructed view of the stage. Special notes like this will likely be included with the ticket listing.
