"Best of Il Divo Tour" Coming to North America in April 2013
Having sold over 25 million albums around the globe, there’s no question that Il Divo reigns supreme as the world’s premier, classical-crossover quartet. Now, they’re headed out to support a new “Greatest Hits” album and their global venture will follow suit. The aptly titled “Best of Il Divo Tour” will pass through North America beginning on April 27 at the Horseshoe Casino in Cincinnati, Ohio. After playing more than a dozen shows in the U.S. and Canada, they’ll end the run on May 19 at the Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, Calif. Fans who come out can expect to hear majestic tunes from all six of their studio albums, including hits from “Ancora, ”which topped the Billboard 200 chart in 2005.
Created by famed music producer Simon Cowell, Il Divo is comprised of international vocalists like French pop singer Sebastien Izambard, Spanish baritone Carlos Marín, American tenor David Miller, and Swiss tenor Urs Buhler. Fans who purchase Il Divo tickets will be able to see them perform at venues like the Avalon Ballroom Theatre at Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls, N.Y.
