Gate F on Addison and Clark, Gate D on Sheffield and Addison, and Gate K on Seminary and Waveland will open precisely two hours before the scheduled start time. The surrounding rooftop companies open at various times, so be sure to check with a Vivid Seats representative or your respective rooftop company before the concert.

Handicap accommodation is available for Wrigley Field provides patrons. From behind home plate to the upper deck, Jason Aldean handicap tickets can be purchased. Handicap concert goers with 400 Level seats should use the grandstand elevator located in close proximity to Gate K to reach their seats.
