Balboa Theatre Tickets

Opened in 1924, the historic Balboa Theatre has undergone several meticulous renovations that have transformed the venue into a modern concert hall with the classic elegance of a Roaring Twenties movie palace. Today, dozens of talented musicians perform on the stage of this San Diego landmark each year, and in 2016, prepare for Joe Bonamassa to enliven audiences on December 14.

Balboa Theatre Seating Information

There are three different seating levels at the Balboa Theatre: orchestra, loge, and balcony. The orchestra level lies closest to the stage on the main floor, and is separated into the left, center, and right sections. Rows in the orchestra section start with AA and BB and then continue with single letter rows. The next level elevated above the main floor is the loge level, which is followed by the final balcony level. Both of these areas are also divided into left, center, and right sections.

Balboa Theatre General Information

Attendees of all ages must have a ticket to see Joe Bonamassa, but certain events may have age requirements for admission. Cameras, recording devices, and outside food and drink are typically prohibited.

There is a parking garage--the NBC Building Garage--located directly beneath the theater.
