Pop's premier superstar, Katy Perry, is set to play the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans on Oct. 8 in a mid-week performance that will serve as one of the final stateside concerts of 2014 for her massive Prismatic World Tour. This one-night only affair is scheduled to be supported by opening acts Ferras and Tegan and Sara, so prepare for an unforgettable evening complete with lavish set designs, frequent costume designs, and of course, an array of top hits from one of music's most prized artists.
Smoothie King Center Seating Information
In conjunction with Katy Perry's stage requirements for the tour, the Smoothie King Center will host a custom-designed stage at one end of the arena in front of Sections 116-121. Guests can enjoy the concert from a General Admission Pit located inside the stage, as well as reserved Floor seating in Sections A-D. Additional reserved access can be found in the Lower and Upper Levels as well as suites that completely encircle the Smoothie King Center. Any areas with limited or obstructed views of the Katy Perry concert will be designated as such in the respective listing.
Smoothie King Center General Information
Re-entry will not be permitted during the concert on Oct. 8, though guests needing to smoke can typically do so in any of three outdoor patio lounges around the venue. The maximum bag size allowed into the venue is 12 in. by 12 in. Outside food or drink is prohibited, as are glass or plastic containers of any kind. No video or audio recording devices can be used at this event without prior consent from the artist. Guests are expected to adhere to the Patron Code of Conduct at all times when inside the Smoothie King Center.
Smoothie King Center Parking Information
In regards to parking, the venue has seven covered lots and two surface lots to accommodate guests wishing to drive to the Katy Perry New Orleans concert. Fees may vary (usually cash only), and there is no exit and re-entry or overnight parking allowed.
