Quickly becoming one of the most respected rappers in music today, Kendrick Lamar has been quite in demand over the last year. His meteoric rise to fame will hit a new milestone on Jan. 26, as it was announced that 25-year-old rapper Kendrick Lamar will serve as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live alongside first-time host and fellow artist, Adam Levine. By the end of the year, it had reached certified gold status with over 500,000 copies sold, and was one of the most successful hip-hop albums of 2012.
