Hutchinson Field at Grant Park Tickets

Be on hand at Chicago's Grant Park on Friday, July 31, to kick off the long weekend of Lollapalooza 2015. The first night of the three-day festival will be one of the best, as The Beatles icon Paul McCartney is set to make his first Lollapalooza appearance with the night's main headlining set.  Through the day, Lollapalooza attendees will also be able to see performances from a star-studded lineup featuring acts like Alt-J, The Weeknd, Kaskade, Alabama Shakes, Flying Lotus, and many more.

Lollapalooza Ticket Information
Single-day Lollapalooza tickets are available in general admission and VIP options. If you opt for GA, you'll have access to most of the festival grounds and all the stages. The VIP passes include access to private lounges with complimentary food and drink, air-conditioned bathrooms, shaded seating areas, and more. A step above VIP is the Platinum ticketing option, which also features complimentary golf cart transportation, concierge hosts, and catered meals.

Lollapalooza General Information
The festival grounds at Grant Park will be equipped with on-site lockers, first aid tents, and ATMs. Re-entry is allowed, but you must have your wristband scanned before you leave in order to get back in. You can only leave and re-enter the festival grounds five times on Friday. Note that all performances will take place rain or shine.

Lollapalooza prohibited items include professional cameras, recording devices, selfie sticks, skateboards, pets, chairs, large bags, cans, bottles, and outside food. Each guest can bring up to two factory-sealed water bottles, as well as blankets, towels, strollers, empty plastic bottles and CamelBaks, small umbrellas, and non-professional cameras.

Lollapalooza Concessions Information
There will be many food options on the festival grounds in 2015, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free menu items. The two main concessions areas are Chow Town, which consists of mostly Chicago-based restaurants, and the Lollapalooza Farmers Market, which provides local, sustainable meals.

Lollapalooza Parking Information
Though parking will be available in both underground garages and various parking structures throughout downtown Chicago, one of the easiest ways to get to Lollapalooza is via Chicago's public transportation system. Many CTA buses run near the area, and several lines on the El have stations near Grant Park. Out-of-town attendees can take Metra commuter rail lines to either the Millennium Station or Van Buren Street Station. If you do decide to park in the area, be aware that most lots will be open on a first-come, first-served basis, and you must pay on site for your space.

Lollapalooza Gate Times
Though the time may change, Lollapalooza plans to open its gates at 11 a.m. local time on Friday. The main festival entrance is located at Michigan and Congress, and there is a second, smaller entrance at Columbus and Monroe.
