Machel Montano, incidentally, has renamed his band (which went by other names in the past) so that it is now known as the Machel Montano HD band – HD stands for High Definition which could imply the quality of his music, or be in reference to the use of technology to promote his soca music style. Machel Montano even has a 20-year-old bus that was refurbished to house massive stereo systems, Net access, flat screen TVs, bathroom facilities, and a bedroom.
