The second annual Made in America Music Festival lineup has finally emerged from the shadows of secrecy, bringing to light another colossal schedule of diverse musicians from all genres. For two days, Aug. 31-Sept. 1, an impressive range of artists are set to perform on stages along Philadelphia’s Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Many rumors were circulating that festival organizer and rapper, Jay-Z, would reappear on the bill after headlining the event a year ago, and it appears he is in fact scheduled to grace the stage once again. The stint will fall right in the middle of his highly anticipated Legends of the Summer Tour with Justin Timberlake. Additionally, his wife, Beyonce, will dazzle audiences for one of the nights as well, in between stops on her Mrs. Carter World Tour. Joining the bill alongside Beyonce are industrial rockers Nine Inch Nails, electronica DJ, Deadmau5, and French alt-rock band, Phoenix. Other artists set to perform include Kendrick Lamar, Imagine Dragons, 2 Chainz, Wiz Khalifa, Solange Knowles, Miguel, Public Enemy, and The Gaslight Anthem.
Last year, nearly 75,000 people attended the music festival’s inaugural run, which included performances by Janelle Monae, Dirty Projectors, and Run DMC, among others. Those looking to attend the second installment can purchase a single-day pass to see just a handful of performers, or go the whole nine yards with a full weekend two-day pass. Whatever your preference, Vivid Seats offers a large inventory of Made in America Music Festival tickets available now through the marketplace.
