All non-professional, non-flash photography is permitted inside the venue, but video or audio recording is strictly prohibited at every show. Everyone entering the theatre is subject to an inspection to search for the following prohibited items: large bags, food, beverages, alcohol, cans, bottles, lasers, laptops, balloons, noise making devices, or signs, flags banners and posters larger than 11"x17" or attached to a stick or pole. The West Garage and LA Live/Staples Center Lot are ideal for an event that is longer than 3.5 hours, thanks to its flat rate for parking no matter how long you decide to stay. The East and West Garages are best if the event will take less than two hours, and some establishments in the area provide validation for parking. If you would prefer to use public transportation, the Metrolink, Metro Rail, Metro Bus, DASH and AMTRAK all provide access to Nokia Theatre LA Live.
