Ticket Refund Information
Vivid Seats will only be able to provide refunds in the event that McDonald's Gospelfest cancels the show.
You will have 30 days from the cancellation date to request a refund from our office, less the shipping costs.
We have no affiliation with McDonald's Gospelfest or any music venue where McDonald's Gospelfest will be performing or the fan club. Therefore, we are unable to provide refunds for postponed or rescheduled McDonald's Gospelfest concerts, or in the event of a lost or stolen McDonald's Gospelfest ticket.
