BI-LO Center Seating Information
The stage layout typically varies for each performer coming to town, and can either be at one end of the arena or situated in the middle of the main floor. Using our customized BI-LO Center seating chart as your guide, view the look of the venue for Motley Crue and Alice Cooper's show as you search for seats. Guests can purchase 100-and 200-level seats, as well as for the floor, though it will vary by artist whether a general admission pit option will be included, or if the entire floor will be wide open as opposed to assigned seating. A wealth of premium seating options including luxury and party suites and club seats may be available for purchase for some events.
BI-LO Center General Information
Most shows will allow for personal cameras to be used, though it will depend on the artist's discretion. Video cameras and professional recording devices are strictly prohibited. Guests will not be allowed to re-enter should you choose to leave the venue. Smoking is prohibited except in the designated area in section 105-106.

Those wishing to drive to the BI-LO Center will have the option of several different parking garages within walking distance of the venue. Private lots also will be available. BI-LO Center Accessibility Information
The BI-LO Center is fully accessible for all guests, which includes ADA parking in the venue's premium parking lot between the arena and the Church Street parking garage. A limited number of spaces are available so guests requiring accessible parking are encouraged to arrive early. Proper decals and documentation will be required to enter the lot. Accessible entrances, seating, elevators, restrooms, assistive listening devices, and hearing assistance all will be available for each event as well.
