The Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park is an outdoor venue with a roof partially covering a portion of the seating. In most cases, there will be a general admission pit closest to the stage, followed by orchestra reserved seating in Sections 1-3. In other cases, the entire orchestra area will be general admission, and there is also the possibility of reserved tables. The next level of seating is the reserved seats, which run from Section 101-105, and are followed by the lawn in the rear of the amphitheater. All events are held rain or shine.

The following items will not be permitted inside the venue: coolers, picnic baskets, outside food, aerosol cans, fireworks, noisemakers, video or audio recording devices, or any other items that may be deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Although food isn't permitted, one non-alcoholic 24-oz. sealed beverage can be brought inside. Concessions will be available throughout the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park, and alcohol will be served for all guests over 21 years of age. Lawn chairs and blankets are permitted for those with lawn seats, as long as the chairs are no higher than 9" off of the ground with no high backs. Chairs can be rented at the venue for a fee if preferred. Cameras are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and when they are allowed, they must be non-professional, personal cameras with no removable lenses. Re-entry is prohibited.

Your parking location is determined when you purchase your Motley Crue and Alice Cooper tickets, and fees are usually included in the ticket price. Refer to the parking pass issued with your ticket and only enter that lot. Lots are divided into A, B, C, P and N, and are all accessed by different roadways. Lot N is the shuttle lot, which is located offsite, but has a shuttle running to transport you back and forth. All parking lots generally open two hours before show time. Tailgating is generally permitted, but is not allowed in Lots B or N.
