As the saying goes, the show must go on, and even though the Tennessee rock trio known as Paramore lost two of their founding members, Josh and Zac Farro, in 2010, the remaining members haven’t looked back. Paramore’s long-awaited, fourth studio album, “Paramore,” is set to be released on April 9th, and Hayley Williams and crew are setting out for a 2013 North American tour as well. The tour starts on April 25th at the Bayou Music Center in Houston, and from there the rockers will hit up a total of 12 venues around the United States. Some of the venues they’ll be stopping at include The Wiltern in Los Angeles, CA (5/1), The Fillmore in Denver, CO (5/1), the Chicago Theatre (5/9), and Boston’s House of Blues (5/15), before it all closes on May 16th at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. Tickets for the tour are set to go on sale February 1st.
The alternative rockers have announced that with the new lineup they will have a slightly different sound, but they won’t veer far from their signature sound. Fans can be happy to know that the new album will be produced by the revered Justin Meldal-Johnsen, who has worked with artists like Beck and Nine Inch Nails. Paramore’s newest single, “Now,” is out for all to hear, and the noise rock act known as Kitten is set to join Paramore as the opening act on tour. The new lineup is sure to be invigorated to tour in 2013, so get your Paramore tickets now and witness them rock out live.
