Catch the legendary Paul McCartney when he plays a setlist of some of his most popular songs at Target Field in Minneapolis on Aug. 2. As part of the worldwide Out There Tour, this upcoming summer concert is sure to be an exciting evening of nostalgia for legions of fans. In previous shows on this tour, McCartney has delighted his devotees with more than 40 songs from both The Beatles discography and his solo career with Wings.
Target Field Seating Information
The stage for the Paul McCartney concert at Target Field will be at the far end of the outfield, directly across from home plate. There will be seats on the Field Level in front of stage to add to the capacity of the stadium's infield seating, which will be open during the show on Aug. 2. Do note that some ticket listings for this concert are standing room only and will be designated as "SRO" in the list next to the seating map.
Target Field General Information
Anything brought into this Saturday night concert may be inspected. Target Field permits fans to carry in small bags, personal cameras, stadium cushions, and sealed bottles of water with a capacity no larger than 32 ounces. However, coolers, beach balls, lawn chairs, noisemakers, video cameras, and outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the stadium for the Paul McCartney performance.
Target Field Parking Information
A few parking ramps are located near Target Field, and downtown Minneapolis has many commercial parking lots. If you want to avoid driving traffic near the stadium during this concert, look through the city's public transit schedule for Aug. 2.
Target Field Gate Times
Paul McCartney is scheduled to take the stage at 8 p.m. CST, and the gates should open at about 6 p.m. for the concert. Note that delays may occur on the day of the show.
