As the third largest venue in the greater New York area, the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center seats roughly 21,600 people in a completely outdoor amphitheater. Ticketed standing room only is at the front of the venue, with a pit stretching across the length of the stage. Sections 100-102 make up the first row of reserved seating, followed by 200-204 slightly behind it. 301-306 are on the same level as the sound booth, and 400-406 and 500-508 make up the rear of the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center. VIP boxes are also scattered throughout the 100, 200, and 300 level sections. In addition to reserved seating, a general admission lawn is available in the back as well.

Fans sitting in the lawn for Rascal Flatts and Sheryl Crow can bring in blankets and lawn chairs, although they will not be permitted for some larger shows with full capacity. One plastic factory-sealed bottle of water will be allowed along with food in a soft-sided cooler for any guest that wants to bring food in. Cameras will be allowed, but they cannot have professional lenses, and no audio or video recording will be allowed. Concertgoers that also want to attend the theme park located on the grounds can purchase a combo ticket for an additional $14.99 on top of the ticket price, which will give access to both events.
