Ricky Martin Information

In three years, in1993, Ricky Martin released his second album titled Me Amaras which consisted of the songs in Spanish. In 1995 A Medio Vivir was released.

The all-English album was released in 2000 and was called Sound Loaded. It became two times platinum. He rised his popularity by making a duet with Christina Aguilera ("Nobody Wants To Be Lonely"). The English album helped him to conquer new fans all round the world. He started to make great tours earning a huge amount of money by selling millions of tickets and donating to charity. Next year he released La Historia, again number one in the Latin Charts followed by Almas Del Silencio in 2003.

Ricky Martins second English album was released in 2005. It was called Life. The album was very lyrical, the songs were really amazing, and were partly written by himself. He admitted that it was very personal saying that he was really touched. He considered his album to be multi-layered, just like the life is. And all his emotions were part of the production. One of the songs (I dont care) was written with Fat Joe and Amelie.

Ricky Martin decided to conquer not only his native Latin America, North America and the UK but also Europe. He made a joined project with Max Pokora, a young famous French singer. In France the song became a number one hit straight away.

Ricky Martins shows were unbelievable. The tickets in stock were a rare thing. After performing at the 2006 Winter Olympics Closing Ceremony in Turin he proceeded with his tours to many countries of the planet. He visited Israel, Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan and many other states.

The famous MTV Music channel couldnt but notice the famous star and Ricky Martin was offered to make a show "MTV Diary: Ricky Martin" which included scenes from his concerts, his tours and his interviews. In November this year another show "Ricky Martin MTV Unplugged" was released in many countries of the world.
