PNC Bank Center Seating Information
The PNC Bank Center typically offers five seating levels: orchestra, VIP box orchestra, loge, terrace, and lawn. Lawn seating is always general admission and will not be covered by the roof, though each of the remaining sections offer reserved seating. Starting furthest from the stage, the terrace section (401-405) contains certain rows that may be uncovered by the venue roof. Meanwhile, the loge (301-304), VIP box orchestra (202-203), and orchestra levels (101-104, 201, 204) all lie under the cover of the pavilion.
PNC Bank Center General Information
For most performances, fans in lawn seating may bring blankets, or lawn chairs if the seats are nine inches or lower from the ground. Snacks are typically allowed, but must be contained in a clear plastic bag. Each attendee at Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival may bring one sealed bottle of water, but any other bottles, cans, or coolers are prohibited. Normally, personal cameras are acceptable inside, but professional cameras and recording devices are never admitted in the venue.

On-site parking lots usually open two hours before the concert begins, and free shuttles are available to take guests from far lots to the venue. At the majority of events parking is free, but the venue also offers closer VIP parking for purchase.
