• You will have 30 days from the date of cancellation to request a refund from our office.
• Vivid Seats is privately owned and operated claiming no affiliation with Rootz Underground or any venue on the Rootz Underground tour. Please keep your Rootz Underground tickets in a safe place as we cannot replace them if lost or stolen.
