Silverstein is a musical band group that took its name from the name of the famous children’s author Shel Silverstein. The Silverstein comprises of 5 eminent musicians who came together in the year 2000 from the suburbs of Burlington, Canada to form a band group that is now very popular as it has sold about 300,000 copies of their last album “Discovering the Waterfront”. The Silverstein band group became famous by word of mouth and unrelenting touring schedule that they undertook that made them traverse the nook and corner of this world. The band signed to Victory Records and came up with a smash hit rocking album called “When Broken Is Easily fixed” that sold over 200,000 copies.

The members of the famous Silverstein band group include Neil Boshart, Bill Hamilton, Shane Told, Paul Koehler and Josh Bradford. The third and the more recently released album called Arrivals and Departures was rated as the most eagerly anticipated album of the year 2007 by the AP Magazine. The Silverstein band group has been touring since 2005 and have slowly but surely won the hearts of millions of people across the globe through their hard rocking music. The Silverstein band group was nominated for a Juno award for the Best New Band group in the year 2006.

Their new album Arrivals and Departures brings forth the emotional growth of the band and their career graphs are continuously on the rise.
