Stagecoach Country Music Festival Ticket and Seating Information
Unlike many outdoor festivals, the Stagecoach Country Music Festival offers both general admission and reserved seating options. Regardless of your seating preference, all guests must wear a state-of-the-art wristband at all times. Those purchasing general admission passes will be able to visit any of the stages, as well as any of the open areas to lounge, get out of the sun, or eat and drink.
Directly in front of the Mane Stage is where you'll find the section for P1 and P2 reserved seating. In addition to the wristband, guests in this seating area also will receive a custom laminate that must be worn at all times. Your reserved seat will only be good at the specific stage you've purchased, though you will still be able to visit other stages. A special area for reserved seating guests will be available complete with food and beverage vendors, picnic tables, full cash bar, couches, shade, and extra restrooms.

Stagecoach Country Music Festival General Information
The nature of this multi-day event allows for more accommodations than most outdoor concert events. Stagecoach Country Music Festival patrons are permitted to bring such items as medium-sized backpacks, non-professional cameras, beach towels, and lighters. The following list, however, is a sampling of items that are not permitted at Stagecoach: instruments, outside food and drinks, pets, video cameras, tents, coolers, balloons and inflatable balls, umbrellas, chain wallets, and wagons.

The Kansas City BBQ Society Sanctioned BBQ Contest will feature 30 professional teams vying for the top prize, while the venue's primary food area will feature food from such local restaurants as Fisherman's Market and Grill, Jackelope Ranch, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Las Casuelas Quinta, Spicy Pie, and Waffleman Ice Cream Sandwiches. Those wishing to drive to Stagecoach will be able to utilize the available parking lot near the Empire Polo Club. Parking is free, though big parties are encouraged to carpool, and all passengers will need to show their festival pass.
For those interested in public transportation, the nearest bus and train stops are three miles from the Empire Polo Club in downtown Indio.

A camping parking pass is required, and campers must be 18 years or older with proper ID. Anyone entering the campground with alcohol will need to be 21 or older. The camping lot will open no sooner than 8 a.m. on the Thursday before the event. All RVs, trailers, and other vehicles must be classified as a vehicle made for sleeping to be able to enter the designated RV Resort area. Guests may bring their own food and beverages, but no open fires or cooking devices will be permitted.
