Winner of six GRAMMY Awards, The Black Keys will be headlining a concert at San Diego's Viejas Arena this fall. The Nov. 9 show will be part of The Black Keys' Turn Blue Tour backing the 2014 album of the same name, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, becoming the band's first album ever to reach the top slot. British singer-songwriter Jake Bugg will serve as a support act at this San Diego concert. Take in a full evening of some of modern rock's best acts at this Sunday night concert on the campus of San Diego State University.
Viejas Arena Seating Information
The main Floor Level of Viejas Arena will be entirely general admission for The Black Keys San Diego show. All admission on this level will be available only on a first-come, first-served basis. The band will be performing from a stage set up on a far end of this arena floor, near Section L of the main arena bowl, which will also hold the remainder of the admission options for the show. All the options in this area are reserved seats which can be found in Sections A-V. Be aware that some seats in Sections H and P will be located to the side of the stage and thus will have a slightly limited view of the concert. Sections J-N will not be available for this concert.
Viejas Arena General Information
Prohibited items at The Black Keys show will include large bags, backpacks, outside drinks and snacks, strollers, large banners or signs, coolers, and artificial noisemakers. You will not be able to re-enter the venue if you leave during the concert, and you cannot smoke inside. All attendees will likely require a ticket for admission regardless of age.
Viejas Arena Parking Information
Attendees can pay for on-site parking when they arrive at Viejas Arena. There are two main structures that will be closest to the venue: PS4 and PS5. Both are located just a short walk away from Viejas Arena. Be aware that all forms of tailgating are prohibited in on-campus lots. You can also take the San Diego trolley system to the San Diego State University station on the Green Line. Additionally, fans can choose to ride bikes to The Black Keys concert, as there are bike racks located outside Gate 2.
Viejas Arena Gate Times
Doors are scheduled to open at 7 p.m. PST, one hour before The Black Keys begin the performance. You should note that the door opening and the concert start times are both subject to change on the night of the show.
