Seating at the State Theatre - Playhouse Square Center starts with the Dress Circle at the front of the venue and consists of rows A-Z. The Orchestra Level follows, and begins with Row AA near the front of section, extending back to UU. The Upper Level consists of multiple Loge Boxes near the front, followed by Mezzanine seating from Rows E-R. The Balcony is located at the very back of the venue, and is made up of Rows S-CC. All of the seating throughout the entire venue is divided into Center, Right, Right Center, Left, and Left Center Sections.

Food, snacks, and beverages will be available at the venue, as guests will not be permitted to bring outside food and drinks inside. Due to its prime downtown location, it is recommended that all guests allow plenty of time when driving to the State Theatre. Parking is available on site for a fee, with rates typically much lower than others surrounding downtown venues. A covered walkway connects the garage to the theatre, and is accessible from the second floor of the structure.
For those in need of other transportation to see Theresa Caputo, the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority also provides access to the State Theatre-Playhouse Square Center via the downtown trolley service, RTA Healthline, and the bus and rail service.

The adjacent parking structure provides ample parking for those in need of accessible parking.
