The Boston Red Sox may not have had Manny Ramirez or David Ortiz in their lineup, but they had plenty of firepower to beat the Cincinnati Reds 9-0 Sunday. The Red Sox wasted no time, scoring one run in the first and never looking back. Coco Crisp had 4 runs batted in and Dustin Pedroia added 2 as the Red Six had 12 hits. Rookie Jacoby Ellsbury homered for Boston and stole two bases giving him the record for a Red Sox rookie. Josh Beckett threw 7 scoreless innings giving up 6 hits and 2 walks while striking out six. Boston travels to Philadelphia Monday to take on the Phillies.
