Tonight marks the end of the four-game, multi-colored Sox series. The Boston Red Sox have struggled against the boys in black, the Chicago White Sox. So far, the Red Sox are down 2-1 in the series and will look to break even tonight, with most of the hopes and pressure falling squarely on the shoulder(s) of ace pitcher Josh Beckett. But Beckett is a pitcher who seems to thrive under pressure, and most importantly, when the game matters most, which is a hopeful sign for the Red Sox players, who definitely do not want to move further behind the A.L. East division leading Tampa Bay Rays, who currently sit in a comfortable 4 ½ game lead over the Red Sox.
