The Cleveland Indians ran into a Colorado Rockies offensive explosion Tuesday night, as they were crushed 10-2. The Indians allowed 17 hits, in which their pitching was far from spectacular. Paul Byrd allowed 9 hits and 5 earned runs through 4 innings. Cleveland's bullpen wasn't much better as they gave up 8 hits and 5 earned runs through 4 innings. Jhonny Peralta had 3 hits for the Indians as they had a chance in the 5th inning, loading the bases with no body out but a double play squashed that. Cleveland will look to bounce back Wednesday night in the second game of the series.
