Rockies rock Giants

The Colorado Rockies got the best of the San Francisco Giants in a hit fest Tuesday night, as they went on to win 10-5. Both teams combined for 25 hits, with the Rockies getting the bigger ones. Todd Helton had 3 hits and 3 RBI, and Garrett Atkins and Willy Taveras added 2 RBI themselves. Helton and Atkins both went deep for the Rockies as they helped back starter Aaron Cook. Cook pitched 7 innings and while allowing 9 hits, he only allowed 3 earned runs while striking out 3. The Rockies welcomed back Matt Holliday from a stint on the disabled list in which he finished the game 0-3.
