Dodgers dropped by Braves

The Los Angeles Dodgers found themselves in a pitchers duel through 4 innings, things changed quickly as they saw the Atlanta Braves put up 6 runs in the 5th and 6th innings.  The Dodgers went on to lose 9-3 Tuesday night, falling to 2 games under .500.  Chad Billingsley suffered the loss for Los Angeles as he lasted 5 1/3 allowing 6 hits, 5 runs and 4 walks while striking out 8.  Dodgers pitching gave up 12 hits to the Atlanta offense and once they got down they were out. James Loney was the only bright spot for the Dodgers as he had 2 hits on the night along with an RBI.  Los Angeles will look to bounce back and take home the series Wednesday night in the finale against the Braves.
