The Minnesota Twins bullpen pitched 4 2/3 scoreless innings helping them to a 5-1 victory over the New York Yankees Sunday. The relief came much needed as Twins starter Nick Blackburn took a line shot off his nose in the 5th inning, but was ok and left the game under his own power. Michael Cuddyer had 3 hits and 3 RBI to power the Twins offense as they were able to halt the streaking Yankees who have won 8 of their last 11 games. Darrell Rasner took the loss pitching 5 1/3 innings, allowing eight hits and four earned runs while striking out five.
