The San Diego Padres had 2 crucial miscues Tuesday night, as they fell to the Los Angeles Dodgers 7-2. In the top of the 7th inning, two fly balls were lost in the lights that allowed to Dodgers to put together a 4 run inning. San Diego was leading 2-1 heading into the 7th before they let the game slip away and could not recover. Greg Maddux pitched well again as he went 6 innings, allowing 6 hits and 1 earned run. The Padres will look to bounce back Wednesday night against the Dodgers in the second game of the series.
