The Texas Rangers are hitting very well lately, and Tuesday night they continued to do so beating the Atlanta Braves 7-5. Texas got hits from almost everyone in the lineup including a big bases loaded single from Milton Bradley. Bradley hurt his quadriceps while running the bases and would be taken out of the game. Josh Hamilton his 19th home run of the year which put him in a tie for the AL lead. Texas was in control for most of the game in which the Braves put 3 runs in the 8th inning. Vicente Padilla picked up his 9th win of the year pitching 6 innings allowing only 2 runs (1 earned), hits and walks, while striking out 4. C.J. Wilson picked up his 14th save of the season.
