The Texas Rangers made two very big mistakes Tuesday night as they fell 10-2 to the Chicago White Sox. Those mistakes happened to be a 3 run home run by Nick Swisher and a grand slam by Alexei Ramirez. It didn't help that Mark Buehrle dominated through 7 plus innings allowing just 6 hits and 1 earned run. Texas did manage 10 hits but could not recover from the deep hole they fell in, as the Rangers managed their 2 runs in the top of the 8th inning. Luis Mendoza and Dustin Nippert had rough nights as both pitchers went 4 innings apeice and allowed a combined 12 hits and 10 runs to the White Sox offense. Chris Davis was the lone bright spot for the Rangers as he had 3 hits on the night including his 8th home run of the year. The Rangers will look to get even and win the rubber match as they take on the White Sox Wednesday in the series finale.
